4. Orders and Payments

Each purchase is a one-time transaction unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise. We do not automatically enroll customers in subscriptions or recurring billing through a standard product purchase.
An order is considered confirmed after successful payment processing. Design work may begin after payment confirmation and receipt of the required project information.
We reserve the right to contact customers to clarify project requirements before proceeding.
5. Digital Design Process and Revisions
Design work is prepared according to the purchased package and the information supplied by the customer.
Where revisions are included, the number of revision rounds will be specified in the applicable product description or written project agreement. Revision requests should remain within the original project scope.
Requests involving substantial changes to the original requirements, additional deliverables, or a different design direction may require a separate quotation and additional payment.
6. Digital Delivery
All products and services covered by these terms are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.
The standard estimated delivery period is 7–12 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of all required project information, unless a different timeframe is expressly agreed in writing.
