1. Delivery Method
Completed digital deliverables may be provided through one or more of the following methods, depending on the purchased package:

- Another electronic delivery method agreed upon with the customer.
Available file formats may include PDF, JPG, PNG, or other formats expressly specified in the applicable product description or written agreement.
2. Standard Delivery Timeframe
The standard estimated completion and digital delivery period is 7–12 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of all required project information.
The delivery timeframe begins only when both of the following conditions have been met:
- Payment has been successfully confirmed.

- Any other project details reasonably necessary to prepare the agreed deliverables.
If required information is missing or clarification is needed, the completion timeframe may be affected. We will communicate with the customer when additional information is necessary.
4. Delivery Confirmation
When the digital files are ready, we will send them using the agreed electronic delivery method.
Customers should check the email address provided during checkout, including spam, junk, or promotions folders where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining access to the email account or device needed to receive the files.
5. Download and Access Issues
If a download link does not work, an attachment cannot be opened, or the delivered files appear incomplete, please contact [email protected].
Please include your order number and a description of the problem. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, resend the files or provide an alternative electronic access method.
6. Delays
The stated timeframe is an estimate based on receiving payment and complete project information. Delays may occur when project requirements change, additional clarification is needed, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect completion.
If a significant delay is anticipated, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and discuss an updated completion estimate.
7. Revisions and Final Files
Where revisions are included, they will be handled according to the purchased package or written project agreement. Revision requests may affect the overall completion schedule depending on their scope.
The applicable product description will specify which files and deliverables are included. Editable source files, CAD files, 3D models, construction documents, or other specialized formats are not included unless expressly stated.
8. No Physical Shipping
Because our products are digital, we do not provide physical shipping services, shipping addresses for parcel delivery, courier tracking numbers, or physical delivery estimates for these orders.
