1. Digital Products and Customized Design Work
Our products are delivered digitally and may involve customized work prepared according to each customer’s requirements. Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the purchase, the progress of the design work, and applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Cancellation Before Design Work Begins

If the cancellation request is received and approved before any design work has begun, the customer may be eligible for a full refund.
3. Cancellation After Design Work Begins
Once design work has started, a full refund is not automatically available. We will assess the work already completed, the project status, any deliverables already provided, and the terms agreed at purchase.
Where a refund is appropriate, any deduction for work performed or costs incurred will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and applicable law.
4. Completed or Delivered Digital Products
Once the agreed digital design files have been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available solely because the customer changes their mind or no longer wishes to use the design.
This does not affect any refund or other rights required by applicable law, including rights arising from a material failure to provide the agreed deliverables.
5. Incorrect, Incomplete, or Defective Deliverables
